When Marilies Jagsch traveled to Berlin to meet Tobias Koett (Ant Antic) for the first time, neither of them expected that within just a few hours they would create As We Leave – an evocative track that captures the fears and hopes of a generation standing on the edge of the unknown. With the looming threats of climate change and the impossibility of long-term plans, the song asks: How do we navigate a future we may not even be able to inhabit?
